Soak broad beans for over night and then boil for a whistle
In a blender jar add mustdrd, cumin, garlic, red chili and half tomato and make a paste
Then in a mixing bowl add drained boiled beans, add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili, half tomato and haldi, rex chili powder and salt. Also add paste and mix properly
Add mustard oil to it.
Preheat oven for 10 mins. Then in a silver foil add all ingredients and cover.
Cook this in oven in 220 degree Celsius for 20 mins.
Serve hot with rice
